This is a fantastic Hold Fast health day for all, at the birth of the Hold Fast Challenges. In collaboration with Spear Sauna, situated at the amazing Foxlake Adventures, in East Lothian, we are offering a brilliant, and unique health day. Come and take part in a Hold Fast Challenge with friends, or as an individual, and after an exciting, FUN, and hugely rewarding challenge, where you will be running, jumping, finning, carrying logs, oppos, and more! all in a wetsuit. Then relaxing with an awesome sauna, in a stunning environment, with a plunge pool. You can recover, and chat around the firepit with drinks and snacks, and re-live your challenge exploits with your awesome group. This is a wonderful chance to smash those winter blues away, and restore the positivity, and mindset, that our beautiful outdoor environment can offer. All you need to bring is a towel, change of clothes, and a dry robe. We provide everything else. Remember, this day is suitable for ALL levels of fitness, and nobody, needs to be a swimmer!!! Lets go!
