Service Description

This Hold Fast Challenge day is purely for Zenith Fitness gym members, their friends, and family. You guys will take part in a fantastic challenge day for ALL levels of fitness! From finning, to OPPO carrys, running and jumping, to body weight exercises, log carrys, the swamp, and more. This is an introduction to the Hold Fast world. Perfect for group fun, and to open your eyes to another world of outdoor fitness enjoyment. You just need loads of enthusiasm and positivity! Nobody needs to be a swimmer as all our wetsuits are fully buoyant. Everyone walks away with a Hold Fast T-shirt, and there maybe prizes after the challenge. You will be surprised at how you conquer the day, with a smile and team work! All kit is provided by Hold Fast Elite ltd.
