This is the perfect way to start your year, and smash that mental & physical health out of the park, on the spectacularly beautiful Yellowcraigs beach, in East Lothian. We have had tremendous success with our mini beach challenge over the last 4 years, and it is a hugely fun experience! This beach challenge is purely in mini-teams. (Don't worry if you sign up as an individual, we will sort you into a team on the day!) You will take on a brilliantly positive Hold Fast mini challenge in the sea, and on the sand. It is not about fitness, but all about fun, teamwork, and a positive mindset. Loads of laughter, and smiles, and a fantastic mindset to boost your positivity and mental strength for the new year. The challenge is open to everyone, from 13 years old upwards. Suits ALL fitness levels, and NOBODY needs to be a swimmer. We give you all kit, and a t-shirt. All you need to bring is a towel and change of clothes. Do not think for a second you will be cold! Our superb 6mm O'Three wetsuits are toasty warm, as well as our wetsuit boots, and gloves. Afterwards, we will treat you to coffee and cake while you are buzzing with pride and achievement. So what are you waiting for??
